We would highly recommend Kevin Fisher to anyone buying or selling a home. He helped us by doing both. He was very easy to work with and very helpful in all areas that we needed assistance. He is patient and does not pressure you. He makes sure you are getting what you want. Even after we purchased our home, he continued to provide us assistance with issues as they arose. I liked working with Kevin because he is such a great person and being a first time home buyer he helped explain things to us without making us feel like we were "in class". Trying to empty two homes in Iowa in a quick turnaround, we did have time to worry about the new Fargo home and Kevin went out of his way to make our transition very smooth. He even contacted painters, carpet cleaner, duct cleaners and found the mortgage company, got us signed up for utilities, he did it all.
