Back-to-School…back to reality! As the children in our community head back to the classroom, we at Park Co. Realtors are gearing up for the last half of 2010. I wish I had a crystal ball to predict what the local real estate market has in store for us. My job would be a lot easier! In the mean time, here is a Mid-Year Market update. So when your kids ask you what YOU learned today, you can share the info below!

January - June 2010 Statistics are available (Click Here) with the information broken down by area (North Fargo, South Fargo, West Fargo, Dilworth, Casselton, Hawley, etc.).  Please remember that regardless of any statistics, it is best to visit with me when you are looking at specific areas. I can pinpoint the comparables in any neighborhood more accurately than we can in these numbers.  Remember, all real estate is local - just as what happens in Arizona, doesn't happen in North Dakota - the market is not the same in Horace and South Moorhead.
